Shipping Policy
At Amore Gift, not only do we strive to provide you with durable metal signs, but we also work hard to provide prompt and efficient shipping times! Our goal is to ship your new metal sign within 5 to 7 business days. So, that you can receive your metal sign in days not weeks!
Please read our production process and shipping policy below. It offers a glimpse into our production process, and what happens behind the scenes after your order is placed. You will also find information about our shipping policies.
Please Note: We do not offer international shipping at this time!
OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS:
It all starts with you falling in love with one of our many beautiful metal signs! Once you find that perfect sign, you then proceed to customize your order, if needed, (Don't forget to use our preview function to view your personalization/customization, and make sure that your spelling, your entered date and anything else you entered is correct! If you wish to have "EST" added on your sign, please make sure to add it in the text box. Otherwise, it will not be on your sign! Also read our “Special Considerations,” section in our product pages to correctly enter your customization).
Step 1: Once your purchase is complete, we pull your order and send it off to production. Our production team receives multiple orders per day and your order will be placed in a queue, where it will wait for its turn to go into production. This part can either take a few hours, or it can take a few days depending on our volume. (During the holiday rush, this may take a few days)
Step 2: Once your order leaves the queue it is pulled into production, and your new metal sign is prepped, cut, and powder coated!
Please note: Our production team is working hard to process your order within 5 to 7 business days. Meaning steps 1 and 2, will be completed within 5 to 7 business days! This does not include Shipping!
Step 3: Once your new metal sign has had time to settle, our production team gets your metal sign ready for shipment. We will send it off via UPS, USPS or FedEx.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. This can be used to keep an eye on your package until it reaches its destination.
Please make sure to double check that you entered the correct shipping address at checkout! This includes the correct zip-code, and apartment/unit number. Please double check your confirmation e-mail as well to confirm you have entered the correct address. If you have been a victim of stolen packages before, we highly suggest you purchase one of our Package Protection Plans. Without one of our Package Protection Plans, we cannot assist you with lost or stolen packages. Please see below to find out more.
PACKAGE PROTECTION:
For your piece of mind, we now offer two package protection plans.
Our first plan is our Comprehensive Package Protection Plan which covers:
1. Products lost in transit
2. Products damaged in transit, and
3. Offers one replacement or repair per eligible item.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES:
Delivery timeframes can vary depending on your location. Currently, with standard shipping your metal sign will arrive within 3-8 business days, after it leaves our facility.
Please keep in mind once your package leaves our facility, we have no control over the carriers processes and timeframes. The timeframes we have mentioned above are estimates, but carriers can extend these timeframes based on their workloads and staffing. Especially, during the holiday rush!
EXPEDITED PROCESSING:
We understand that sometimes the shipping timeframes are not ideal, and after listening to our customer feedback, we are happy to say that we now offer "Expedited Processing"! With "Expedited Processing" your order can move ahead of the line and is shipped via FedEx 2-day shipping! Get your order processed and delivered faster!

CHANGE OR CORRECT AN ADDRESS:
If you need to change or correct an address, please contact us within 4-hours of order confirmation at Support@amoregift.com. Like we mentioned above sometimes an order can be processed within a few hours, and if your order has already been processed and shipped, we cannot change your shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible to change or correct your shipping address. We try our best to offer you the best customer service experience possible, and the 4-hour window is set to better assist you in these cases.
Please Note: Once your order leaves our facility, we are not liable for orders that are lost by the shipping carrier or orders that are stolen upon delivery. We also cannot be held liable if an order does not arrive to its destination, because of an incorrect address entered by the customer!
DELIVERED PACKAGES:
If your order is marked delivered, but you have not received your order, in these cases, we have to rely on the tracking information. If you are seeking a replacement, please contact your local delivery office first and open a claim. Once your claim is validated, please send your claim#, order#, name and a description of what happened to Support@amoregift.com.
Please keep in mind that sometimes carriers do make mistakes, and some of them are short staffed during the holiday rush. It could be that the carrier marked your order as delivered, but it has yet to be delivered.
Please Note: We cannot redirect or retrieve a package that has been successfully delivered to an incorrect address! Please make sure to double check your shipping address at check out, before submitting your order!
DAMAGED/WRONG METAL SIGN:
If you receive a damaged/wrong metal sign, first off, we apologize for the inconvenience! We understand the frustration you feel when you receive the package you've been waiting for, only for you to open it and the first thing you see is either a damaged product, or the wrong product. Please keep in mind we try our best to find ways to protect our metal signs, but sometimes damage by the carrier does occur. We also work hard to be as thorough as possible in our production process, but sometimes human error can occur, and the wrong item is sent out. In the event you receive your item, and it is damaged, or you received the wrong item. We ask that you take clear pictures of the damaged/wrong item and send them along with your name and order # to Support@amoregift.com, within 24 hours! Rest assured we will try our best to make it right!
