Shipping policy

 

We are not only dedicated to providing you with high-quality metal signs, but we have also made it a priority to provide you with prompt and efficient shipping times! Our goal is to ship your item within 1 to 5 business days. We want you to receive your metal monogram sign in days not weeks!

We also want to be transparent and offer a glimpse of what our process includes.

It all starts with you falling in love with one of our many beautiful metal monograms! From there you customize your order (Don't forget to preview your personalization, and make sure that your spelling is correct!). Once you have completed your purchase our process begins!

Please see our process outline below:

Step 1: Once your purchase is complete, we pull your order and send it off to production. Our production team receives, multiple orders per day and your order is placed in queue to be processed. This part can either take a few hours, or it can be a few days depending on our volume. 

Step 2: Once your order leaves the queue the magic begins, and your new metal sign is created. This step includes prepping, cutting, and powder coating!  

Note: Our production team works hard to process your order within 1 to 5 business days. Meaning steps 1 and 2, will be completed within 1 to 5 business days! This does not include Shipping! 

Step 3: Once your metal sign has had time to settle, our production team gets your metal sign ready for shipment. We package your new metal sign, and we send it off via UPS or FedEx.

Please make sure to double check that you entered the correct shipping address at checkout! This includes the correct zip-code, and apartment/unit number. Please double check you confirmation e-mail as well to confirm you have entered the correct address.  If you have been a victim of stolen packages before, we highly suggest you purchase shipping insurance. Without shipping insurance, we cannot assist you with stolen or lost packages without this coverage. 

NOTE: Once your order leaves our facility, we are not liable for orders that are lost by the shipping carrier or orders that are stolen upon delivery. Please keep in mind that sometimes carriers do make mistakes, and some of them are short staffed during the holiday rush. It could be that the carrier marked your order as delivered, but it has yet to be delivered. We also cannot be held liable if an order does not arrive to its destination, because of an incorrect address entered by the customer!

Once your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with tracking information.

Please allow at least one week, before reaching out! Rest assured that we are working hard on getting your order shipped to you as soon as possible!! We are dedicated to providing prompt and efficient shipping times! 

We also understand that your time is important and sometimes those special dates come quicker than we think, and we are always looking for new ways to make your experience better! That is why we now offer Expedited Processing!
